Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
2. Eligibility
3. Definitions
- “Service” means the ZOLB website, the Online Raspberry Pi Simulator, and any other tool, feature, or product Zolb makes available under the ZOLB brand.
- “Account” means the registered user profile you create to access certain features of the Service.
- “Content” means any circuit design, project, code, or other material you create, upload, or store using the Service.
4. Use of Service
The Service is provided for personal, educational, and evaluation use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Without limiting the above, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service in a manner that sends more request traffic than a human could reasonably generate;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite the restriction;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any account other than your own;
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to develop or train a competing simulator or automation tool;
- Upload or transmit any Content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including suspending or terminating an Account (see Section 16, Termination).
5. Accounts
If you create an Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly at zolb.ph@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
We may suspend or disable an Account, without prior notice, if we determine in good faith that it has been used in violation of these Terms, poses a security risk, or requires suspension to comply with applicable law. A suspended Account may lose access to the Service, including any active paid tier, for the duration of the suspension.
6. Paid Tiers & Billing
Premium simulator access can currently be purchased through our checkout flow. Payment processing is presently in test/sandbox mode, so no real charge is made regardless of the payment method you select, until we announce otherwise. VIP simulator access is not yet available for purchase. Pricing shown on this site is subject to change; the price and any applicable discount will always be confirmed to you before you complete a purchase.
A purchase grants access for a single billing period (currently 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year, depending on what you select) and does not renew automatically. Continued access after a billing period ends requires a new purchase.
Promotional/coupon codes, where applicable, are described in Section 7 below.
7. Coupons and Promotional Codes
8. Refund Policy
All purchases of Premium, VIP, or any other paid tier are final. Zolb does not issue refunds for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, early cancellation, or general dissatisfaction with the Service.
The sole exception to this policy is a confirmed error or bug produced by our own system that results in you being charged incorrectly. Examples of this include, without limitation:
- Duplicate charges — a processing error, such as a webhook event being handled more than once, resulting in more than one charge for the same billing period.
- Charges after valid cancellation — being charged for a billing period after your access was already validly cancelled, where this is confirmed to be a system error rather than a change-of-mind request submitted after the fact.
- Incorrect amount charged — being charged an amount that does not match the price and any applicable discount confirmed to you before purchase, due to a defect in our pricing or discount logic.
These examples illustrate a single standard — a verified defect in our own billing system — and do not create a general refund window, a trial period, or a right to a refund for any other reason. We investigate every report in good faith; a refund under this section is issued only once we confirm the error actually occurred on our end.
To report a suspected billing error, contact zolb.ph@gmail.com with your account email and the date of the charge in question.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Zolb Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited right to use it as described here.
You retain ownership of any Content you create using the Service. By creating or storing Content, you grant Zolb a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, saving and reloading your own projects). We do not claim ownership of your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service without your separate permission.
10. Third-Party Services
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
12. Limitation of Liability
13. Indemnification
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other applicable consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be waived.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at zolb.ph@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
